You will be responsible for assisting the Manager in a stand alone Sports bar with a function room and 7 bedrooms.    Previous experience of running events will be an advantage or a previous role as an assistant Bar Manager within a sports bar/ foodie pub.   Fully responsible for all aspects of all Conference, events, bars and restaurant departments within the hotel  Support and work with all Managers and staffs in all aspects of running the hotel   Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.   Deal with suppliers as and when necessary.
