Allenday are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for our client in Berkhamsted. This amazing venue in its own 190 acres of landscaped beautiful gardens and the perfect setting for Weddings, Conferences, retreats and public and private events offers you a great working environment experience.
As a F & B Duty Manager you will:
- Deliver world class dining to all clients – creating ‘wow’ moments for all guests
- Lead team briefings in a clear and timely manner
- Hands on’ management
- Manage the staff rota and the teams annualized hours, ensuring staffing levels match business needs (understand staff budgets)
- Liaise with clients and guests to be able to meet and exceed their expectations

Package:
- Up to £30K per annum
