AllenDay are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for our client based in Luton. This is a fast paced Customer Service Environment and the role would suit someone who has a proven background and can demonstrate a desire to succeed and motivate and lead a team of colleagues. Managing a team of 3 your work load will involve 

 

The role:

  • Ensure any customer complaints are processed effectively by the customer service team.
  • Manage and maintain the ongoing effectiveness, development and training of the team.
  • Clearly communicate the KPI’s / targets / goals that are set for the teams to ensure that these are worked towards and achieved.
  • Initiate and support by upholding the company’s policies and procedures within the department. You will be required to be involved and carry out any necessary investigations and hold disciplinary meetings where appropriate.
  • Supervise and drive the processing of all customer orders, ensuring these are processed in a timely, effective, accurate and efficient way, and in line with the departmental procedures and requirements.
  • Ensure that any escalated complaint is processed to ensure that the customer feels positive that the complaint will be dealt with in a competent manner and keeping the customer fully up to date at all times.
  • Ensure the teams are completing and maintaining, filing the appropriate documentation at all times in a timely and precise manner.
  • Provide administration support where necessary.

About you:

  • Proven background within a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Customer focused and commercially aware
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of IFS and Contact Management systems
  • Experience in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel
