AllenDay are recruiting for Mortgage Coordinators to be a part of a new team for our client based in Leighton Buzzard. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a focused driven company that ensure that their customers are given a high quality end to end experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Basic computer awareness is essential
- Customer service experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Have the ability to type accurately and quickly
- Ability to Multi Task - prioritise and organise appropriately
- Show empathy & Understanding
- Can deal with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls & emails
- Attention to detail
- Can do attitude
Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls from/to Mortgage Consultants
- Logging notes on all telephone conversations, recording details accurately on inhouse system
- Updating system with any data received
- Maintain constant contact with all parties relevant to the case to ensure mortgage and insurance documentation is complete in preparation for exchange of contracts
- Ensure case is offered and all relevant checks are completed in preparation for transferring to On risk and completion team
