AllenDay are recruiting for Mortgage Coordinators to be a part of a new team for our client based in Leighton Buzzard. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a focused driven company that ensure that their customers are given a high quality end to end experience.


Experience & Skills:

  • Basic computer awareness is essential
  • Customer service experience 
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Have the ability to type accurately and quickly
  • Ability to Multi Task - prioritise and organise appropriately
  • Show empathy & Understanding 
  • Can deal with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls & emails
  • Attention to detail
  • Can do attitude


  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls from/to Mortgage Consultants
  • Logging notes on all telephone conversations, recording details accurately on inhouse system
  • Updating system with any data received
  • Maintain constant contact with all parties relevant to the case to ensure mortgage and insurance documentation is complete in preparation for exchange of contracts
  • Ensure case is offered and all relevant checks are completed in preparation for transferring to On risk and completion team
