AllenDay are recruiting for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer for our Client who is one of the most largest & most Successful Estate Agency and Property Service Providers in the UK.

The Role: 

• To Manage the Clients group IT infrastructure ensuring it provides:
• ·Functionality required by the business
• ·Maximum availability
• ·Optimum performance 

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Provide 3rd line support for the Helpdesk, resolving infrastructure related issues within SLA targets
• Management and troubleshooting incidents relating to:
• ·Active Directory including Group Policy
• ·Virtual Server environment
• ·SQL Administration
• ·Networking including Firewalls, load balancers, Cisco routers and switches
• ·Skype Telephony and related infrastructure including Contact Centre and Call Recording applications
• ·McAffee EPO and Cloud Gateways
• ·Form part of the Major Incident Team when required relating to escalated Major and Priority incidents
• ·Change and Project Implementation
• ·Perform proactive maintenance of Infrastructure environment as required
• ·Working with the Security Team to minimize the risk of security breaches within the PC / Server environment (via Anti Virus, patching, domain policies, server hardening etc)
• ·Maintain the application deployment mechanism for PCs / Servers (SCCM)

Skills & Experience 

• ·At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• ·Relevant knowledge of technologies, ITIL processes and practices
• ·Attention to detail in all aspects of work
• ·Able to prioritise and work under pressure
• ·Must be able to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues both in the wider organisation, and with external stakeholders.
• ·Desirable Skills and Experience:
• ·SQL Administration
• ·Powershell Scripting
• ·Hyper VMS Azure
• ·McAfee EPO

Your Working Week:

• ·37.5 hour working week - Remote /working considered 
• ·08:00 -18-00
• ·On-call shift required approximately once every 5-6 weeks on a rota basis. 
• ·•Saturday morning shift required approximately once every 6 weeks on a rota basis (overtime) Bank Holiday cover also provided on the same basis.
• ·Out of hours work as required 

Pay Package:

• Competitive salary of up tp £45K + a training incentive
• 25 Days Holiday
