AllenDay is an independent, award winning, local recruitment agency based in the heart of Dunstable. Having experienced a substantial period of growth over the past two years, we are now looking to expand our internal Recruitment team.

The role:

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced, dynamic Recruitment Agency within our temp division - (Retail, Hospitality & Health Care)

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's recruitment experience and a proven track record of performing to targets.

The day to day duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:

·Maintain regular contact with assigned key clients, building effective relationships and developing a good understanding of each client’s needs.

·Build and nurture new client relationships

·Manage applications

·Produce interesting and informative job description on behalf of clients.

·Filling bookings

·Keep regular contact with candidates and manage candidate availability through appropriate sourcing activity

·Interviewing and screening new candidates

·Updating our internal database systems

·Develop new business through attending relevant job fairs, expos and networking events where appropriate

·Actively reaching out to new business in the form of sales calls and client visits

·Maximising all business development opportunities

Company Benefits:

·Employees receive 25 days’ holiday per annum

·Commission is earned all placements

·Uncapped commission structure

Salary:

£18,000 - £20,000 + Uncapped Commission

Hours of work:

·Monday – Friday (37.5 Hours Per Week)

·9 – 5:30pm

·1 Hour Lunch
